Main Services Include:
-An initial consultation interview.
-Availability by phone, text and email, starting from the date we first meet.
-Two prenatal meetings ( A chance for us to begin getting to know each other and to discuss your -preferences, fears, and desires for your birth.
-I am "On call" for you 24/7 starting two weeks before your due date until two weeks after.
-Active Labor Support (flexible depending on preference) during your active labor, through the entirety of your delivery, and until 1-2 hours post delivery
-1 postpartum meetings (A chance for us to debrief the birth and for me to offer practical support that you may feel you need).
Other Services Included:
-Natural pain relieving techniques such as light touch/massage, labor and birth positions, vocalizations, visualization, and more.
-Assistance with your birth preparation such as creating a birth plan, tips for communicating with providers, designing birth attendee roles, and locating other birth-related services such as acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, etc.
-Access to my library of Birthing Reference Materials (birth-plan samples and guides to create your own, hospital bag packing list, recommendations for birth-positive reading!
-Help during your birth cooking, cleaning, documenting (photo or video), managing space between and you and your friends and family.

Child Birth Education:
- Doula support is at its best in conjunction with a comprehensive child-birth education class. Rachel Yellin offers both live and on-line courses, as well as an audio relaxation series.
